Jesse had the day off, and we all got up bright and early so that I could go to the oral surgeon for wisdom teeth extraction. It all went well and I came home and slept for about 4 hours! I guess Daniel was missing me, because he crawled in bed with me and slept for 3 hours himself-- he usually never takes a nap for that long. I think he must be growing again.
Jesse went to the title company and closed an a new property that we hope to build on in a few years. We are all super excited! upon me waking up we all headed out to the new property and took all the above photos.
We also later went to a local park and had ice cream, and Daniel learned a new word today--cattails, or cat tayoe as he pronounces it. With the exception of the tooth extraction a GREAT DAY!!! :)

Charlotte that is the most beautiful place! It reminds me of the land I want my little cottage on in Carmel when we retire...Where is this again? I may just have to rethink California...wink wink:) You know I was thinking of you when you had your extractions...
