After my oral surgery last week the assistant brought in a basket filled with all kinds of treasures and told Daniel he could have his pick. I was still pretty out of it from the sedation meds and can't remember this. Jesse says that I kept trying to talk Daniel into picking a little wallet so that he could put all his little treasures into it, but Daniel was quite insistent that he wanted what he had spied as the "green wormy".
So, upon waking from my 4 hour nap Daniel was playing with this green rubber hand on a long green string. To my amazement the green wormy as Daniel so lovingly calls it has been good for hours and hours of entertainment.
It has been funny to see the hours of joy and entertainment that have been derived from one unsuspecting freebie green wormy!!!! I mean who knew? It just goes to show that sometimes the best things in life are actually free and the wormy was definitely the best choice!

Isn't it amazing the things that they pick to amuse themselves? I know exactly where you are coming from on this one! Tyler fell in love with these cheap plastic sunglasses that are star shaped - never would have thought something like that could have him so amused!
He He! My kids loved those things...the ones we had had balls on the end of them....!!
