kindermusic and other fun happenings

With Jesse off from work last week it was the perfect opportunity for just the guys to enjoy a session of kindermusic together. They had a blast and of course as always I had fun taking pics.
This week Daniel had another great session. His class is small, but I think that is good for now because he doesn't find it overwhelming. He's able to let loose and have a great time :) The instructor is super enthusiastic and energetic and it is contagious, and a lot of fun :) After a ten minute warm up Daniel really loosens up and has a ball. I am enjoying doing this class with him a ton, especially with him growing so fast!!!
Inaddition to Kindermusic Daniel and I are continuing to make new friends in the neighborhood, while Jesse is working. Daniel had a play date just yesterday with a new friend. His new friend is just a month older . I wasn't exactly sure how the play date would go, as Daniel's previous male friends have been kinda rough and tumble (I guess that's just boys), but it went great :)
Daniel insited on bringing his plastic pumpkin bucket filled with little cars. For the most part the two of them would take the cars out line them up and do it all over again (but of course each one making his own special line of cars). When it was time to go both boys kept yelling across the field "BYE BYE" louder and louder each time until we had all reached our own front doors- It was pretty funny!- but I think it was one of those you had to be there to really appreciate how funny it was to hear these two 2yr old boys who had mostly been mellow and quiet all morning yelling with full gusto accross the field. These little moments are so inocent and cute and these moments always remind me how he won't be little like this for long- so cherish every bit!

Char, I love that Daniel's play date went so well. It seems like it can go either way with two year olds. Great that Jesse and Daniel could have some good father and son time too.
