Warning!

Not the post I had in mind for today, but since I'm on a new trend of going to bed early, and this is what's most on my mind at the moment. And, I don't want anyone else making the same mistake I made...

I ordered the 3 in 1 printer off the TV. You know the one that is being heavily advertised- not going to mention the brand as I don't want to get myself in any legal trouble. Well I have been so excited waiting for it to arrive and it did, today. I get it out of the box and it has 2 scratches up the left side and I am starting to wonder if this thing is refurbished. Giving the benefit of the doubt I continue on installing it and hooking it up. I really got it for the printer, but what the heck it has a scanner, so I may as well try it. Low and behold there is someone else's document in the bed ready to be scanned! NEW, MY HINEY!!! Not only that, this thing is HORRIBLY LOUD, and SLOOOOOOOW! That is both the printer part and scan part. Oh, almost forgot the "professional quality" photos that they talk about on the commercial. Ha! Can you say majorly pixelated(sp?)? I was really hoping to upgrade from the free Epson printer that we got a while back, which now in comparison is looking pretty darn good. Just be for warned if you have been thinking about this 3 in 1 combo.

****** lesson learned- again... sometimes you don't get what you pay for and actually sometimes the best things in life are free, and why not look a gift horse in the mouth... OK, so maybe that last one doesn't apply, but as far as the other two, in the world according to Charlotte, sometimes those old cliche's need to be bent to match reality. lesson learned******

today's tidbits-

lots of errands

the kids having a blast at the Y with another little chap while I was working out. They were all running about together whooping it up and laughing when I came back to fetch them. It was so cute.

The kiddos put together their last project for this sessions Kindermusic which is tomorrow. Which reminds me I've got to take a pic of them with all their Kindermusic projects from this session.

tried to sign up the kids for swimming lessons and am waiting on a call back for an opening

Photo 6- During Elena's nap today I stole a moment to get my photo in for the day. Daniel was so excited. He wanted me to take his pic again and again. Elena has been the same way lately. I really hope this trend keeps up with both of them. It will be such a help for me :). They even often times come and get me to take their photo when they are doing this and that.

Anyhow I really like both of these for different reasons. I'm leaning toward using the first...
